Evergreen Etchworks creates custom engraved products made to order. Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, all sales are generally final unless otherwise noted.
For custom designs, proofs may be provided for approval prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve proofs for accuracy. Once approved, production will begin and changes may not be possible.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and carrier delays. Evergreen Etchworks is not responsible for delays once the order has shipped.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
All designs, logos, content, and images on evergreenetchworks.com are the property of Evergreen Etchworks and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
Evergreen Etchworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
